The Service

Kinline provides AI-powered tech support via phone calls and text messages. The service is designed to help family members get patient, step-by-step assistance with technology questions.

What Kinline Is Not

  • Kinline is not a replacement for professional IT services or emergency services
  • Kinline is not a medical, legal, or financial advisory service
  • Kinline does not guarantee resolution of every technical issue
  • Kinline's scam detection is a best-effort feature and should not be relied upon as the sole security measure

Billing

Kinline costs $9.99 per month per family, billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your service continues through the end of your current billing period.

Acceptable Use

Kinline is for personal, family tech support use. You agree not to:

  • Use the service for commercial or business IT support
  • Attempt to abuse, overwhelm, or exploit the service
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Resell access to the service

Limitation of Liability

Kinline provides tech support guidance on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for any damages resulting from following advice provided through the service, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or security breaches. Use the service at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
