The Service
Kinline provides AI-powered tech support via phone calls and text messages. The service is designed to help family members get patient, step-by-step assistance with technology questions.
What Kinline Is Not
- Kinline is not a replacement for professional IT services or emergency services
- Kinline is not a medical, legal, or financial advisory service
- Kinline does not guarantee resolution of every technical issue
- Kinline's scam detection is a best-effort feature and should not be relied upon as the sole security measure
Billing & cancellation
Kinline is $5 per month or $40 per year for your whole family, billed through Stripe. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time; changes are prorated automatically.
You can cancel any time from your account page. Your subscription stays active through the end of your current billing period, so you don't lose anything you've already paid for. We don't issue prorated refunds for partial periods, but if something went genuinely wrong and a refund feels like the right thing, email contact@kinline.ai and we'll make it right.
Acceptable Use
Kinline is for personal, family tech support use. You agree not to:
- Use the service for commercial or business IT support
- Attempt to abuse, overwhelm, or exploit the service
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Resell access to the service
Data Security & Encryption
We encrypt your data to protect your privacy:
- All message content is encrypted at rest using AES-256, applied alongside HTTPS/TLS 1.3 in transit
- Personal information (names, emails) is encrypted at rest
- Conversation history is retained so the service can pick up context across calls. You can request full deletion any time from your account page or by emailing contact@kinline.ai. Deletion happens within 24 hours
- Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers
- All infrastructure runs on U.S.-based servers

AI-Powered Service
Kinline uses artificial intelligence to provide tech support. Specifically:
- Text and email responses are generated by Anthropic's Claude AI
- Voice call conversations are powered by ElevenLabs AI
- AI responses are generated in real-time and may occasionally be inaccurate
- Your conversations are not used to train AI models
- AI-generated advice should be used at your own discretion
Limitation of Liability
Kinline provides tech support guidance on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for any damages resulting from following advice provided through the service, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or security breaches. Use the service at your own risk.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
