What We Collect

  • Phone numbers of family members (required for the service to work)
  • Names of family members
  • Text message content and call transcripts (encrypted)
  • Photos sent via MMS for analysis (processed and not stored permanently)
  • Email address (for billing only)
  • Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card number)

How We Use It

  • Provide AI-powered tech support via text and voice
  • Send notifications to family helpers
  • Track and display the request history (the "running list")
  • Process payments
  • Improve the service

Encryption & Retention

All message content is encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption at rest. Message content is automatically deleted after 30 days. Request summaries (non-sensitive) are retained for the duration of your subscription.

What We Don't Do

  • We never sell your data to anyone
  • We never use your conversations to train AI models
  • We never share your information outside your family group
  • We never store your payment card details

Third-Party Services

Kinline uses the following services to operate:

  • Twilio — Phone calls and text messages
  • ElevenLabs — Voice conversation AI
  • Anthropic (Claude) — Text-based AI assistance and image analysis
  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • Railway — Server hosting

Each service processes only the minimum data needed to perform its function.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing admin@kinline.ai. Canceling your subscription will stop all data collection. Existing message content is automatically purged after 30 days.
