Want everything wiped? Sign in to your account and use the Delete account and all data button. Every record we hold for your family is removed immediately and your subscription is canceled. Prefer email? Send a note to contact@kinline.ai from your account email and we'll handle the deletion within 24 hours.
We do not sell your family's phone numbers, emails, or conversations to anyone. We do not share them with advertisers, data brokers, or affiliates for marketing purposes. The only third parties who see your data are the infrastructure providers we use to deliver the service (e.g. SMS gateway, payment processor, AI model provider). Each is bound by contract to use the data only to provide their service to us.
Our servers and databases run on infrastructure based in the United States. We don't replicate or store family conversations in offshore data centers.
